We have been privileged to cater for Impact international on several occasions and recently provided a breakfast and lunch
menu for 75 people. Their choice was a cold buffet comprising of:

Breakfast pastries
Rosemary & thyme marinated chicken
Spinach & aubergine pakoras and vegetable samosas (v)
Spicy fresh tomato & basil pasta salad (v)
Special potato salad (v)
Mini bacon, lettuce & tomato rolls
Mini cheese & pickle rolls (v)
Served with mixed salad, bread, fresh chutney and a minted yoghurt sauce
And a fresh fruit platter
