Get a job for life with plenty of exciting opportunities. Become an apprentice and join our Hospitality Multi-skilled Apprenticeship programme leading to an NVQ Level 2 City & Guilds qualification. This will lead to work in retail catering (e.g. Costa, Starbucks, Pret A Manger, Eat, Café bars, etc.), industrial catering (school kitchens, contract catering), leisure & tourism catering (e.g. hotel restaurants).

The wages are good and the hours and working conditions are flexible and there are excellent career prospects.

You will work in the kitchens of Flavour Gateway who provide contract catering services across London. Here you will be trained to prepare and make a delicious range of international cuisine including Italian, Asian, French, English, Chinese and others. You will prepare food for outside catering to include office contracts, weddings and special events. You will develop team working skills.

You will also work in our Café Relax outlets based in Tower Hamlets. Here you will learn how to manage a café being trained as a barista making speciality coffees, smoothies and other beverages. You will also learn to make a range of sandwiches and fillings including Panini’s. Hopefully you like talking to new people as you will get lots of opportunity for this. You will develop customer handling skills and problem solving skills.

You will also spend some time with executive chefs at Restaurant Associates where they deliver 1^st class services to Thomson Reuters.

You will be trained by our friendly team including seasoned professionals with a lifetime of experience in the industry.
